My professionally accredited training and experience enables me to work with adults, adolescents, couples and families on a short-term focused or goal-orientated basis, as well as an open-ended longer term basis to enable us to explore personal challenges at a deeper level. It is so important for you to have a robust connection with your counsellor as counselling can be challenging at times and you will find the best results through your commitment and engagement.

individual counselling
60min - $130
Individual counselling is a one-on-one discussion between the counselor and the client, who is the person seeking treatment. This therapeutic alliance is an important part of the process that supports people to resolve personal, social, or psychological challenges and difficulties. My goal is to enable people to see things more clearly, to support them to focus on positive thoughts, feelings and behaviours, to facilitate positive and meaningful change.
Couples counselling
60min - $150
Couple counselling is a process that supports couples to gain a greater awareness and understanding of patterns within the relationship. Counselling provides the support and encouragement to put the new learning, skills and strategies into practice. This process is both challenging and rewarding for the couple that are ready to take these steps. Are you ready?
Addiction counselling
60min - $130
Addiction Counselling can take different forms, most often in one-to-one but is also available in a couple, family and group format. In whatever modality counselling is undertaken, it provides the client and/or their family, with an opportunity to discuss their relationship with the problem, substance or behaviour and it's impact on their life and those around them. Group Services
Prices depending on Services
Group services can take many forms depending on need. A therapeutic group can be structured or freeform and be tailored for specific issues such as: addiction, anxiety or depression. Alternatively a workshop could provide a one-off training around a certain topic, such as relationships in the workplace. I am happy to discuss your needs and formulate a group or training that meets your needs.
supervision
60min - $130
Clinical supervision is crucial for counsellors, addiction practitioners and other allied health professionals. It is important that supervision is provided by an experienced practitioner or counsellor, who has been trained in supervision. Supervision is about supporting, guiding and providing feedback and reflection. I believe that for professional growth to occur, supervision needs to be dynamic and transformational.
